Peppers, Hungarian Somborka Semi-Hot is New Jersey grown at Miladinov Farm and harvested fresh during the growing season. This Hungarian pepper has noticeable heat while remaining flavorful and versatile for cooking, stuffing, roasting, pickling and preserving. Hungarian Somborka Semi-Hot peppers are a traditional ingredient for Tursija (turshia) and can also be used in lecso and other family recipes. The Hungarian Somborka Semi-Hot pepper is part of the same family as the Hungarian Somborka Sweet pepper and the Hungarian Babura Sweet pepper.
**Note: The weight of the large basket (rd) size for these somborka semi-hot peppers are approximately 5 pounds less than the large basket size (gr) for Somborka Sweet peppers.
